Executive Order 21-36

One Hundred-and-Thirty-Ninth Supplemental Emergency Declaration - Extension of Executive Orders 21-26, 21-27, 21-29, 21-31 and 21-34

WHEREAS, on March 9, 2020, Executive Order 20-02 was issued for a declaration of a state of emergency due to the dangers to health and life posed by COVID-19 and that Order has been extended to remain in effect until at least May 13, 2021;

WHEREAS, on March 19, 2021, Executive Order 21-26 was issued to amend and restate the quarantine and isolation order;

WHEREAS, on March 19, 2021, Executive Order 21-27 was issued to amend Executive Order 21-27;

WHEREAS, on March 26, 2021, Executive Order 21-29 was issued to amend Executive Order 21-27;

WHEREAS, on April 1, 2021, Executive Order 21-31 was issued to further amend Executive Order 21-27; and

WHEREAS, on April 9, 2021, Executive Order 21-34 was issued as third amendment to Executive Order 21-27.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, DANIEL J. MCKEE, by virtue of the authority vested in me as Governor of the State of Rhode Island, pursuant to Article IX of the Rhode Island Constitution and the Rhode Island General Laws, including, but not limited to, Title 30, Chapter 15, do hereby extend the following Executive Orders:

  1. Executive Order 21-26 (One Hundred and Twenty-Ninth Supplemental Emergency Declaration -Amended and Restated Quarantine and Isolation Order).

     
  2. Executive Order 21-27 (One Hundred and Thirtieth Supplemental Emergency Declaration -Amended and Restated Protecting Your Household Order).

     
  3. Executive Order 21-29 (One Hundred and Thirty-Second Supplemental Emergency Declaration -Amendments to Executive Order 21-27).

     
  4. Executive Order 21-31 (One Hundred and Thirty-Fourth Supplemental Emergency Declaration -Further Amendment to Executive Order 21-27).

     
  5. Executive Order 21-34 (One Hundred and Thirty-Seven Supplemental Emergency Declaration -Third Amendment to Executive Order 21-27).

This Executive Order, effective as of April 18, 2021, shall remain in full force and effect until May 17, 2021 unless renewed, modified or terminated by a subsequent Executive Order.
