PROVIDENCE, RI – The McKee Administration today announced the COVID-19 vaccination clinics scheduled for tomorrow, Wednesday, December 22.

“We now know that Omicron is the most common variant in the United States, accounting for 73 percent of new COVID cases in the country,” Governor Dan McKee said. “But we have the tools to keep ourselves and our families safe this holiday season. Community based vaccination clinics will continue to be held across Rhode Island to make vaccines as accessible as possible. Getting vaccinated, and getting your booster when you're eligible, is the best way to protect yourselves and your loved ones.”

Community based COVID-19 vaccination clinics will be held Wednesday, December 22 in Little Compton and Providence. Registration is recommended for these clinics. To register, visit C19VaccineRI.org and click “Upcoming Community Vaccination Clinics.”

In addition, the COVID-19 vaccine is available at state vaccination sites, in many healthcare providers’ offices and pharmacies throughout Rhode Island. More information about COVID-19 vaccination locations can be found at C19VaccineRI.org.
