Governor McKee Announces Community Based COVID-19 Vaccination Clinics Scheduled for Wednesday, December 29

PROVIDENCE, RI – The McKee Administration today announced the COVID-19 vaccination clinics scheduled for tomorrow, Wednesday, December 29.
“Getting vaccinated is the best way to protect you and those around you from serious illness related to COVID-19. I thank all Rhode Islanders who have already rolled up their sleeves, got vaccinated and then got boosted,” Governor Dan McKee said.
Community based COVID-19 vaccination clinics will be held Wednesday, December 29 in Little Compton, Newport, East Providence, Pawtucket, New Shoreham, and Westerly. Registration is recommended for these clinics. To register, visit C19VaccineRI.org and click “Upcoming Community Vaccination Clinics.”
In addition, the COVID-19 vaccine is available at state vaccination sites, in many healthcare providers’ offices and pharmacies throughout Rhode Island. More information about COVID-19 vaccination locations can be found at C19VaccineRI.org.
